Nice article.

Another thing, liking the blog layout. I had a similar designed blog myself before I sold it on.

You know you could make some simple tweaks to make more money from the blog. Check out my site, it should only take you around 35 minutes to implement the alterations: http://easyuri.com/be8a5

hi - this is a great idea and now I am actually doing the exact same thing, but my only question is how did you make it so that the hinges would not just open 360 degrees, thus letting the screen flop backwards all the way?

thanks for the comment on my post. In regards to the wire, if it's that I'm thinking of, it's pretty important. It provides power and input to the display. Unfortunately, there isn't anything that you can do to protect it or hide it. If you find a way, please let me know. Also when you;re done, send me some pics, it wold be great to see what some else was able to do.

hey, one of the hinges on my MacBook Air is busted & I'm looking for a DIY fix...this is brilliant. Question: there seems to be a cord or wire that runs through the computer & into the hinge(s)...how did you deal with this? my biggest concern, in terms of fixing it myself, is that I'll snap that wire. I don't even know what it's for.
